Our leaders don't just tell the story of our great organization, they're part of it. Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) offers more than just a job, we offer an opportunity to change lives. Our management team is determined, committed and passionate about seeking the best care of our patients. They are motivated by our mission, vision and values, and know that every decision can affect a life.
"In one word, our leadership style
at CTCA is all about empowerment.
Things are much different here
than at a large hospital system.
We respect self-reliance and
innovation. We are steadfast in
our commitment to not get in the
way of progress, especially when
it comes to patient care."
– Anne Meisner,
President and CEO
of CTCA at Midwestern.
CTCA is a place where your contributions can create new stories of life and hope for our patients, that's why we're excited to offer a one-year Post-Graduate Fellowship Program (PGFP) to Master's-prepared early health care careerists. Our program provides an opportunity for Post-Graduate Fellows to work directly with our hospital management team to achieve operational objectives and prepare for leadership positions within one of our great hospitals. The program's goal is to develop future health care leaders who support CTCA's continued growth and expansion. The PGFP offers academically trained candidates an opportunity to apply their knowledge within an organization that strives to be at the forefront of compassion and innovation. Over the course of a year, the Post-Graduate Fellow will utilize their skills in the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing, dynamic hospital system.
As one of the nation's most innovative, patient-focused health care organizations, with a network of hospitals located in suburban Chicago, Philadelphia, Seattle, Tulsa, and Phoenix, CTCA has more than 30 years of experience managing the full spectrum of cancer care services in a hospital setting. With more than 3,000 employees, we differentiate ourselves by offering integrative oncology care, patient empowerment medicine and state-of-the art technologies while exhibiting the Mother Standard® of care—which treats every patient as if they were one of our own family members.
Candidates who display the right amount of dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to our mission may have an opportunity for permanent placement within the organization. Graduates of MHA, MBA (with health care concentration), MPH or MSN programs with at least two years of professional work experience are encouraged to submit the following materials:
